Refund and Returns Policy

At Pristine Pack (Bhagwati Plastics, Lucknow), we strive to provide high-quality disposable products such as cups, glasses, spoons, napkins, tissues, and packaging essentials. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we ensure fair and transparent policies for returns and refunds.

1. Nature of Products

Since we deal in hygiene-sensitive disposable items, returns are accepted only under specific conditions to maintain product safety and quality standards.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Bulk orders once accepted and delivered (unless defective)
  • Minor variations in packaging or appearance that do not affect usability

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share order details and clear photos/videos of the issue
  3. Our team will verify and approve the request
  4. Once approved, instructions for return or replacement will be provided

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval
  • If approved, refunds will be:
  • Credited to the original payment method, or
  • Adjusted in the next order (for regular business customers)

⏳ Processing Time: 5–7 business days after approval

6. Replacement Policy

In most cases, we prefer replacement over refund for:

  • Damaged goods
  • Incorrect items delivered

Replacements will be dispatched at no additional cost once approved.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

8. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
  • In case of defective or incorrect items, return shipping will be handled by us

9. Important Notes

  • Customers are advised to check products at the time of delivery
  • Any issue must be reported promptly to ensure quick resolution
  • We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions
